I made this because no one else has made the bandana to blue. It's not the best but i tried my best ._.
HOW TO INSTALL
1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
3. Replace the file: accs_diff_009_a_uni.ytd
