This is a livery styled after Japanese Police Vehicles, not a lot to it, Includes one livery for bravo-one-charlie's LSPD Torrence Pack.
The Livery has DXT3 Compression with 10 Mipmaps
The Install path is the following for Bravo-one-charlie's Torrence Pack: GTAV > Mods > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > police3slick > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf
then open: police3a.ytd or police3slick.ytd, and then drop the the included file into the texture file.
The Install path is the following for Bravo-one-charlie's Torrence Pack: GTAV > Mods > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > 11john11_lspd_pack> dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf
