This mod basically replaces the dirt from your car by raindrops
Do not forget to make the beckup files.
First you need to this script:https://pt.gta5-mods.com/scripts/enhancement-script-for-per_zeus-raindrop-texture-mod
Go to x64e/levels/gta5/vehices/veshare
And import the textures.
I'll keep the mod date and better.

you have some thing wrong in README vehicles.rpf/vehshare not veshare and try to make it more easy to understand :) nicemod worked!
