Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV
Follow this path to the file to overwrite:
...GTAV/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpheist/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/mpheistvehicles.rpf
If you wish to retain the original Norwegian, while in OpenIV, extract the file valkyrie.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to origvalkyrie.ytd.
When ready to overwrite with the USAF HH-3 livery, toggle "Edit mode", top right button, and drag valkyrie.ytd from the extracted zip file and drop here:
...GTAV/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpheist/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/mpheistvehicles.rpf
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the valkyrie.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.
Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn valkyrie with the trainer of your choice.

@Gillman thank you, yeah there are argentine planes that don have their skin done by the community, and there are good ones for example the mirage had a lot of great ones and you do the skins very well. A thing i noticed when i downloaded the sea king is that in the white argentine version the file has the us navy skin not the argie one
For planes there are very few that i know, the sea king and the a4 of you, another a4, a mirage, and there it stops the count. Another thing that i wanted to know if there is the possibility to have the sea king or the a4 with multiple skins ingame to change them during gameplay and not having to close the game to do so?
@George schmuel I'll take a look, I assume I extracted the wrong .ytd file, since the USN version was the basis for the Argentinian one. As to the multiple liveries, I don't think it's possible on the SeaKing since there are several .dds files that make it up, rather than a single file that could be designated _sign1, 2, etc. It might be possible on the A-4, but I don't quite understand the instructions on how to change a model from a single paint scheme to multiple liveries. It seems to require modifying the 3D model and I can't get my copy of the A-4 to work. I'll see if I can put together anything for other aircraft.
