This mod replaces the San Andreas number plates into the California ones. Enjoy :)
Installation:
1. open OpenIV
2. go to x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
3. replace the vehshare.ytd with the modded one

Accepting because it looks like this plate isn't available in the previously uploaded pack: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/california-licence-plates. Maybe you can work with that author to upload a complete pack? :)
Does this only replace the modern plate? and the older plates are left unchanged or does this include all modified plates
@DennyFrontier This replace all plates in the game exept the yankton ones
