@nickaoke hello. So try search in the vehicle ytd, most of the textures are inside ytd file and you can see the brake caliper image and the leather seats I don't quite sure. Just extract the textures (brake caliper pic) and edit in Photoshop app. I'm using paint.net to create liveries. If you want more advanced option, i suggest Adobe Photoshop. After you finish the edit, just import back to the ytd file with the same name. Just so you know, it's only for personal use only.
