This mod changes the font of the descriptive text that appears at the bottom right corner of the screen to the one used in GTA San Andreas.
I've made this compatible with the gamepad icon mods by CronKz, credit to him for those and credit to MarioSonic2987 for explaining the process!

Sweet, you should change one of the unused/broken fonts to this, it would be great for mods!
@jedijosh920 What is the name of the broken/unused font? I honestly had no idea there was a beta font. lol
@cornbread531 I would like to make LCD font like I made for GTA IV but I never tried this gfx format. If you want to keep it secret, that's ok with me, but if you want to share, send me a message.
@kizacudo I can definitely tell you what to do, but would it be okay if you added me on steam or something? It's not a hard process, just a lot to explain. :P

@cornbread531 You are genius! The fonts in IV were bitmaps and positioning of different sized fonts was a bitch. I was working for hours on one set of fonts. This looks like peace of cake. Thanks a lot! We could use much better fonts then default. Did you find the unused font as jedijosh920 noticed?
@kizacudo It wasn't me that found this out, it was MarioSonic2987, so he should get the credit! Also, I had no idea there were unused fonts so I've not found anything lol

@cornbread531 Anyway you could tell me how I can make something similar to this? For the life of me I can't figure out how to mess with GFX files.
What do you know, now I can actually see the streets and car names now. Thank you for making a good replacement to the crappy vanilla text that I can hardly read.
@cornbread531 I wish someone would replace this impossible to read vanilla font with something actually readable. Don't get me wrong, this is awesome, but it's literally the only mod of it's kind, which sucks because I want something I can easily read. Maybe a nice serif or sans-serif.
