How to Install
Use open IV go to mods/update/common/data/ then replace the gameconfig.xml with my powerful gameconfig.xml from the folder, then after that you can run and see the power.....! Dont forget to make backup and do it in Offline mode and not run in Online mode or you get banned for modding and altering the game files......
Dont forget to install Heap Adjuster at:

waiting patiently. This one just seems to work better once I started running NVE and ENB/Reshade plus alot of addons
@quasar3210 same here i have alot of addon cars plus a lore friendly traffic mod and a graphic mod along with liberty city being in gta 5 and add on radio stations so this file works the best for me
Tt fixed crashes in certain places. But when i returning game crashing FIX?
Update: Well it's not using this 2nd time makes game crashing at certain places I need more powerful than this
This gameconfig seems very interesting and I would recommend that the author updates the gameconfig instead of us downgrading the game, but no rush, since WoV is not updated yet, we can still wait.
BEST GAMECONFIG IN THE WORLD!!!!!!! more then 200 addon vehicles here :)

My game crashes during free roam Cia story mode! I have a 3070 gpu! Only have around 10 mods !!! The only major mod I have is REALISTC DISPATCH ENHANCED 3.4. WHY DOES MY GAME CRASH? PLZ HELP
