This is my personal settings for the PRSA ENB created by L00
Just drag and drop the files within my Main ENB folder, to the GTA Root Folder

First of all, fantastic preset and goes great with your nighttime flicker fix, it really brings out the vibrancy in the game. However I have only one gripe with the preset. It's quite too dark when its nighttime and it can become a severe hindrance in nighttime missions. I have tried adjusting nighttime ISO values with no much luck (higher iso brings out a reddish hue in the game).
Do you have any recommendations to make nighttime a bit lighter, just enough for night missions to be playable? Thank you again, NiLog.

Thanks for this! Also, the flickering didnt stop, maybe because you said to put the visualsettings.dat file into the update.rpf file, but my update.rpf file doesn't open. Any help would be appreciated!
