LS West Anime Mod
This mod changes many different billboards, signs and some props in various locations in the West Districts of Los Santos.
Currently, an early alpha version but several areas are looking especially good already so I decide to release an early test build.
OpenIV instructions
Click Edit Mode
Navigate to
x64m.rpf >> levels >> gta5 >> _cityw >> sanpedro_01 >>
use the folder numbers as a reference to which files go into each folder within openiv
over-write or use mod folder

this is one of the only mods you made that I actually like, because this is a real event that actually happens in LA.
Thanks :) I'd actually like to learn how to add assets into that arena, put a few extra people around or static props but researching that - looks complicated
