Have GTA V?
Have a PC that can't play any modern game for it's damn life but you want to play the game at a fairly decent framerate?
I do.
So I made this mod.
It should increase FPS.
It increased mine from 5 FPS to 30 FPS.
Even in cities.
Game will still stutter when driving really fast cars (Adder, Nero, Zentorno, etc.)
I can't manage to stop this ^
Resolutions consists of 800x600, 640x480, 512x384, or if your desperate and don't care about text 320x240. all on windowed.
I disabled shadows, lowered LOD for peds generally, textures look crappier than PS3 and 360 editions of V.
If anyone has questions about this let me know at my email below sscully108@gmail.com < or if you want to help me out with it that is also nice.
I will have screenshots eventually
I won't update this unless I found more ways to increase frames
You can use this even when GTA V goes past update 1.37
It's not a mod were you replace settings within .rpfs and such ^
So no OpenIV isn't required
It might be soon but I don't know ^

4 GB Installed RAM
Windows 10 x64 Bit

EDIT: Update 1.1 is on the way, it contains a OpenIV setup.exe as I do ask you to download a mod that requires it. The creator of OpenIV doesn't like this then I will remove it as soon as I get the heads up.

Please keep in mind that this has a OpenIV setup .exe as I ask you if this isn't doing it for you to download a mod I have in a .txt in the .rar file. But if Good NTS doesn't want me to do this then I'll update the mod to remove it.
@DSG99 Intel Bay-Trail graphics (google it) and 4 gigs of ram. I'll have to try this mod, does it work on Steam version?
Gotta try this out on my cousin sh!t pc runs gta 5 like it's going to be pregnant .
And yall people why do you download or even comment if your pc runs this game at better framerate?
@Think_Tank Sorry for the late reply, but yes it works on the Steam edition. I think it works on both Rockstar warehouse and Steam since it's a commandline.txt and settings.xml mod.

@DSG99 you can give the bakup of the original settings.xml file
@joseiy19 Two methods to get a default one back:
1: Deleting it then verifying cache on Steam
2: Where it has the graphics card on the bottom put one that isn't yours then the settings to reset depending on your actual GPU. If not I will see what I can do to insert the original one.
That's bad enough to run on my pc... I think. xD
The author has some serious performance hogs on his desktop already, if you have a "Ultra Trashy Junk PC".
