Drive V is an amzing mod by the talented PermissionToLand. The incredible result of his 5 years and over 2,000 hours of learning the physics system to create the mod we all know and love.
Realistic Car Damage With Better Deformation For DLC Vehicles is a mod created by Wolvex(R) with the intention of increase car deformation, slightly increase engine damage and making car parts like bumpers and fenders detach faster.
However these mods and other mods that edit driving physics and deformation values are simply incompatible with eachother and have had me picking between them for years.
i have subsecuncely decided to create an addon package for Drive V raising the deformation limits and damage values so we no longer have to choose between driving physics or car deformation.

fantastic addon works perfectly, it's just a shame that using the 5real mod I encounter an annoying visual bug, the mini cabriolet cars equivalent in the original game to the issi(weeny) the roof when opened with the controller's dpad remains deformed and this also happens to the npc in the game, the same also happens with the bentley cabrio which is equivalent to the Cognoscenti Cabrio, I also tried krogan car pack 1.5 and I have the same bug it's a real shame if these two bugs could be solved by perhaps changing the deformation levels on these 2 cars it would be an incredible mod anyway I trust in a next update with the resolution of this little problem for now thanks for the splendid work done congratulations

@dajgoro1973 hello thank you for the review, unfortunately this is a visual bug created by removal of damage value limits for the roof done with enb which is no longer being developed on and further supported for GTA V so it remains unlikely this will be fixed without community input

I found a compromise by changing the animConvRoofName values from roof to null in the two cars issi and lenus in the vehicles.meta file, thus the roof of the car no longer opens and you don't have that bug, obviously the car is no longer a cabrio, it's currently the only solution while waiting for something better, sorry for my English, I'm using Google Translate

@iammrmikeman25 thanks I tried it, but there seems to be a problem. The destruction is just too much, whenever I hit a car (even with leg) it just deforms so much. It seems really unnatural.

Would be nice to see tires falling off from players car sometimes (it is something u never see in this game)

@iammrmikeman25 Hey, is there any chance we can get a lower damage version, not the visual but the health. Playing missions feel so hard with this, one wreck at medium speed can break the car to dark smoke easily, NPC sometimes even got stuck because their car got wrecked

That's cool that they let you upload this cuz i made something that lowers deformation and the mods said "it is too simple anyone can do it" 😂
