I have been working on this mod since 4 days, In quarantine i didnt know what to do but i created this beauty.
What i am trying to achieve is "Nights should look like Batman Arkham KNights "RAINYYYY" (Dont worry it wont rain 24/7, rain timing is default).
I was a big fan of GTA 4's Cry ENB v1 - v3 which was originally created By Fabriciuz, it was a great mod for that time.

NOTE FOR LSPDFR USERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This mod will CRASH the game if you are using LSPDFR, Try doing this.
1. Launch the game with Steam (Do not launch with rage plugin)
2. Make sure your game is fully loaded, and you see character standing.
3. Press Alt+Tab and then launch RAGEPluginHook.exe get back to the game, let the plugin do its thing.
Hope This works.

@Mr_Devil dont use default brightness, just go to settings > display > there you can change brightness till you are BARELY able to see the Rockstar Logo

@RAZ3R_BLAD3 i did everything as in the readme i'm using d3d11 for reshade and enb is also having d3d11 that's the problem when reshade d3d11 works enb dosen't when enb d3d11 works reshade dosen't work ?

@Mr_Devil d3d11 is used by ENB, dxgi is used by reshade, it should work, idk why it is not working for you.

The Screenshots alone together with the legendary name alone deserves a 5/5! who dosen't remember the good old days with Fabriciuz and Icelaglace when they completely revolutionized the Graphics for GTA IV on patch 1.0.7.0 Man, it was something else that time. I love how you made this a bit grainy exactly like Cryenb v.3 looked. Congratulations sir, this is a trip down the memory lane :O

@RAZ3R_BLAD3 nope...dxdgi for reshade dosen't work for me..d3d11 for reshade ia the working one for my reshade ...that's the problem both are having d3d11

I usually shit on random graphics mods but goddamn this is actually good. I turned off the chromatic aberration and the 3 different bloom filters (lul) on the low bloom setting and this looks great.

I have done everything and It's so dark in game like night time is just a black screen and day time is playable but looks off

I love it! Looking really good! But i have one problem tho. When i try to edit the effects, it tells me it can't save the new setting and tells me to make sure i have permission in the .ini file. I've opened it and searched for something to edit to give permission to save the preset, but can't find anything, how do i fix this?
