Sandy Shores Auto Shop
This is just another reviving pitch from CJR inc to revive Sandy shores.
The plan is to be like cuba and keep the old cars running but in this case its because no one has money for a new car.
This facility includes 5 lifts, tools, extra car parts, a customer waiting area with TV, a small little shopping area for oil, plates etc and a counter to process auto billing.

Included is the XML and the YMAP version.
Place the XML in your auto load folder or your root GTA directory and load it right from the menu of map editor.
