This serviceable location will most definitely get the job done, with all the amenities you'd want in this location, no task is too small. Running a scrap yard will never be easy work nor will you ever end a day without getting dirty but, if you can do it, this location is right for you. Built by the finest development company in LS you be sure to end your day with dirty hands but smile when you come back in the morning.
Features_
- complete single service bay facility
- ease of access for large vehicles
- premium lounge area
- large new/used part storage
- front/rear access
- natural architecture
- pre-ymap. for easy of installation
- Easter egg
installation_
1. If you hadn't done so already, you will need to set up the CustomMaps DLC
2. All you need to do after that, is drop '.ymap file inside custom_maps.rpf of the following folder (using OpenIV):
>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>CustomMaps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>_citye>maps>custom_maps.rpf
Future Updates_
- 2x Separate single bay expansions
- Security fencing with cctv monitoring
- increased scrap vehicle storage
- used part sales office
- more easter eggs..
