Description:
you have the house, the pool the tennis court... and now you have the helipad!!
Changelog:
1.0-Initial Release
Installation (you will need OpenIV):
1.- Use OpenIV Go to "/update/x64/dlcpacks/", put inside the "helipad_m" folder.
2.- Export "dlclist.xml" from "/update/update.rpf/common/data/" path to your desktop with OpenIV.
Open the file with a text editor and add the following line to the end:
dlcpacks:\helipad_m\
3.- Import the file again to the path above with OpenIV.
4.- Done, the helipad should spawn on startup.
Please DO NOT edit the helipad without my permission. Thank you!

Very clean!
Would be better somewhere behind the house, like over the tennis court, instead of in front and sticking out a bit over the street.
Also, making it an addon is not good,
Nice but... @RobinBanksAgain There is another mod on this site that uses the same name for the files, for a Helipad, but for Frank... Can you modify them so we can use both of your mods?
