Drag and drop "groveshop" to your resources folder, next open your server config (server.cfg) and add "start groveshop"
For SP:
Drag and drop files to GTA V\Mods\x64k.rpf\levels\gta5\_citye\scentral_01\sc1_21.rpf

i have also made a collision file you can offer people.. if they want to install DP's Grovegarage.. in which if you run this and that you couldnt get into one of them.. this way.. you can use this file.. and just delete the collision from one of folders and boom itll all work together.

@BlaQ1337 Decent job putting a vanilla mlo in this location, but you really should take 10 minutes and turn this into a dlcpack. If you can't be bothered to do so, then you should not tell people to just drag and drop your _manifest into that location. They should take the info from your manifest and add it into the manifest that is already in the rpf. Yours overwrites everything else in there which isn't the correct thing to do. Here are some pics to show people the correct way to add your manifest info.
