The Coil EMP Jammer is a prime sabotage tool used during heists, grand theft auto or electronic warfare. Plant this baby in a server room and then watch the technicians pull their hair out while trying to figure out the cause of all that ruckus. And you're just sitting there - enjoying every single minute of it.
Perhaps you see a really nice car, i mean a really nice fucking car. Your first instinct would be to steal it, right? But before that you better immobilize it, an EMP charge should do the trick.
If you're interested in neither of those - then maybe just throw it at someone's face, safe to say the results will be shocking!
Issues:
* First person hand position isn't perfect due to animations, it's perfect in third person so i just didn't bother changing it.

* Ubisoft Montreal - Original model (WATCH_DOGS)
* Slick (me) - The mod
Installation:
1.Open the zip and then drag and drop the "slick_jammer" folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
2.Add jammer entry to dlclist.xml located in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data (Look at original lines for reference).
3. Open your scripts folder and paste AddonWeapons\tints folder to prevent tints from showing up for this weapon in AddonWeapons mod.
Weapon spawn name is WEAPON_JAMMER.
This mod fully supports AddonWeapons, interact with the crate and find the weapon in Explosives category.

I know this would likely be one the bottom of your to do list given you have already done something similar but do you think you can remake the M4 but based off the Max Payne 3 Colt 933 model with shorter barrel and more condensed frame. Honestly looks better the ln the GTA 4 M4
