Hi, I was wondering if you can tell me if there is a way to convert these police vehicles into civilian ones, like changing the skin or something and removing the light bar. Because I saw some Vauxhall and fords that aren't available to download in civilian configuration. Again I thank you in advance

I'm having problems installing West Mercia Police BMW X5 [ELS]. The lights on my rooftop don't work. My taillights flash and my front lights to. I've tried reinstalling ASI loader en openiv.asi and restarting after that. Reinstalling ELS also didn't fix it. My other ELS vehicles all seem to work. Can anyone help me with this issue?
