USSS Uniformed Division Pack

SP Update, following a problem with the xml the vehicles were not recognized in your mod menu and it was impossible to spawn them.

- Add new Granger (Classic & K9)
- Add new Bike
In order to facilitate the use of the pack it is now possible to use it in addition to the different packs of Jacobmaate
- List of vehicles present in the v2.5 pack:
- usssptorrence --> Torrence
- ussspstanier --> Stanier with Light
- ussspstanier2 --> Stanier slicktop
- ussspscout --> Scout
- ussspalamo --> Alamo
- ussspbike --> Bike
- ussspbombs --> Sandking (Vehicle Inspection Team)
- ussspbuffalo --> Buffalo
- ussspgranger --> Granger (Classic & K9)

@AnthoDesign What I meant was. Do you have any plans to make these models their own addons rather than just using the FIBP modelnames? Like renaming them to USSS or something so they can be used alongside the FIBP cars instead of replacing them.
@Swed1431 Yes the next update will be done, but it will always be mentioned that Jacobmaate is the creator of these models on the other hand
Where are the uniforms in the screenshots from?
