Revamped Diesel dashboard (Vanilla Edit) 1.02

I revamped the diesel engine dashboard.
This change will affect all the boats, vans, trucks, buses, and other vehicles that use a standard dashboard.
The style was from Scania and other models. I hope you like the change because the last one was boring asf.
How to Install:
Download the program OpenIV, open it and locate your GTA V folder > mods > x64e > levles > gta5 > vehicles.rpf > click edit on the top > put all files here.
don't forget to use edit mode.
Backup files are included in the uninstall folder.
leave a thumbs up if you like it.

Now include boats (even though I think they need separate different one)

Fixed 1 x 1000 to be 1 x 100. It's rather unrealistic for truck rev 10k rpm

Recommend changing 1 x 1000 to 1x 100. RPM on diesels go in the 100's
@IAmGtaBoy hmm i guess you're right. They definitely not revving 30000 rpm lol. Not a problem though easy photoshop fix.
