Es ist einfach ein neuer Turbo sound da ich den alten nicht mochte
bitte ein wenig nachsicht dies ist meine erste Mod
Ich hoffe Ihr habt spass damit
English Instructions
installation:
1. Open "openiv"
2. Open the following RouteC: \ Program Files (x86) \ Rockstar Games \ Grand Theft Auto V \mods \ x64 \ audio \ sfx \ RESIDENT.rpf \
3. extract the .zip file, once this is done, put the "openiv" in "edit mode"
4. Click on the "New" option and opens the context menu, click "Import openfotmats" key or the "shift + ins" conbinacion
5. A window will open and search the file named "vehicles.oac" click to open another window opens.
6. After giving OK and ready then added, you can enjoy the sound.
Deutsche Anleitung
1. Öffne "openiv"
2. Öffne den folgenden Pfad {C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Rockstar Games \ Grand Theft Auto V \mods \ x64 \ audio \ sfx \ RESIDENT.rpf }
3. extrahiere das .zip file, Wenn dies erledigt ist, versetze "openiv" in den "edit mode"
4. Klicke auf die "New" option danach im dropdown , clicke "Import openfotmats" oder drücke die "shift + ins" Tastenkombination
5. Ein fenster öffnet sich und du kanst die extrahierte "vehicles.oac" anwählen wobei sich ein weiteres fenster öffnet.
6. Nachdem du ok gedrückt hast wir die datei eingelesen, das wars auch schon und ihr könnt den neuen sound geniessen.

@OfficerAMR Extract your vehicles.awc say extract as oac then with this mod open the rar get the WASTE_GATE and the DUMP_VALVE from this rar and replace yours in your vehicles folder that you extracted then reimport with OpenIv as oac and it works ☺ hopefully i helped you that worked for me

This sound is called "surge", and it is not normal %)
mine says Fatal error: File "vehicles.oac" not found when i do step 5 @Thanduril
If you don't want to damage your original files, backup first and make a folder in GTAV folder called "mods". put update.rpf or the file that you want to replace but remember to make the same path as the original in the mods folder. What I meant is like "update(folder)>update.rpf" or if the file is not in a folder like update folder or x64 just copy it and edit it. Remember to edit the files that you copied to mods folder. It's easy :) great mod btw I really like the turbo sound!
does all cars sound like this`? would be weird hopping into a truck and hearing this :P
I think there is something wrong with your installation location. When i follow your steps on installation, and get to rockstar games in program files (86) i see social club, not Grand Theft Auto
why says

this doesnt sound like a turbo. i install turbos on cars, i have one on my drag car, a fox body mustang with a precision 80mm turbo kit on it with 18lbs of boost, over 900hp at the wheel.. so i know what a turbo sounds like..
@Thanduril nicht jeder hat gta per rockstar games launcher und auf der c platte . sag doch einfach gta Hauptverzeichnis oder GTA Main Directory. bitte ändere das in der beschreibung
