Edit dlclist.xml
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Add the line dlcpacks:/forza/
to the dlclist and save then exit.
SPAWN: forza
Update 1.1: Front lower lights were not working correctly, now they are. Also made some mild edits on Interior.
Update 2.0: There was a glitch with the doors not closing correctly, that now has been fixed. The drivers hands were glitching behind steering wheel, that now has been fixed.
Update 2.1: For some reason the file didn't stay for the driver door not closing correctly, that now has been addressed and fixed.
Update 2.2: Member complained dashboard being to reflective, so I adjusted it.
Update 3.0: Changed rear spoiler to Automatic spoiler.
Update 4.0: Fixed rear bumper screen mesh not showing, also fixed rear license plate lights and rear textures. Fixed front lights not showing correctly. Fixed doors not opening correctly now they do. Also fixed rear trunk opening so you can't see through it while open. Some other minor texture tweaks.

@ThommyMD I'll look at it more when I get some time, I believe it has to do with the way the game reflects light from the windshield. Hence: Problem may lie in the glass. Thank You.

I don't know why, but I can't install any mods anymore. Either I'm doing something wrong, or the game version isn't right. Or something else. I have ScriptHook and the trainer, it works. I also have a yacht from this site, that works too.
But no other mod.
I don't understand it somehow.

I copy folders into there.
(I already used the original game file instead of mods folder, but it doesn't help)
I use OpenIV and paste <Item>dlcpacks:/forza/</Item> there. But the game crashes when loading the story.
@Katrin You need the modded gameconfig which you can get here. https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
Install the one from the more mod folder, the one corresponding to whatever version of the game you have , like 0,5x traffic 0,5x peds. That xml file goes to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Also make sure you have latest ScriptHook and ScriptHookVDotNet
In the dlclist.xml paste <Item>dlcpacks:/forza/</Item>
