The car's modkit id conflicts with the DR1 (openwheel2) modkit ID. Both are ID 434. I recommend changing it to a free ID so that it won't break any rockstar modkits - anything between 500 and 1023 should work, but I can't guarantee it won't conflict with another mod instead.
Also the reason why some people have issues with lights is because the order value in setup2.xml is too low. Change it to 36, for example, basically an order value higher than the one mpheist3 uses, so that the mod loads after the original Rockstar assets have loaded. That also means duplicating some files (such as vehiclelayouts.meta) won't be necessary.
i have some problem to spawn this car the trainer said: Error couldn't find the model 'komodafr', i installed it correctly and other addon cars are working fine, is it some conflict with other mods?

@Ydrop I don't care about dirt and lod. in lods I set all values to 500. The most important thing for me is the quality of the car, the tinting and that the glass breaks! And in this car, there is only one problem - it's glass.
