A small series of cars I make for my server under the tag (Improved). The Maibatsu (formally Karin) Kuruma has now a removable spoiler, secondary color roof,
better wheel width and optional light cover from the armored variant.
The reason for the car being replace only is due to the changes being only small. Wheels from pictures are from the Lore Friendly Wheels Pack by MGgames100.

For those who got issues this mod does not changing anything to your Karin Kuruma, you have to paste all your downloaded files to paths listed:
1. Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpheistvehicles.rpf\
2. Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday25ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
3. Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday26ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

Or... maybe you can just do the 3rd replacement since it was the latest patchday where Karin Kuruma was in. Hope this works !

I would personally make the light covers a LSC mod if posible because they will look weird in stock street cars. Other than that great mod

Nice job! But I found a bug if you dont know already. From a short distance the front headlights are a foggy looking white but when I walk closer to the car they return to normal. LOD issue? I love the car other than that, always hated that huge spoiler..
@TrustNo1 Yes I already am aware of the headlight bug and it's a LOD issue. I will fix it when I have time

If I want to change the badge only, which file should I use?
@Algonquin Hood Hey man, excellent work :) Any chance you could update the model for livery support? I've made an Add-On for my game using your model and done a few handling edits and things, I think that livery support would make this car perfect but I have no idea what I'm doing to make that happen
@gentlejoey123458 You would want to replace the .ytd file then, but I don't suggest doing that since the model has different mesh for badges on the model applied. It might look distorted or cut out
@MattyH1812 Livery support can only be done via editing the models UV map. I might do it if I ever decide to finally fix the light cover texture issue on distance.
@Algonquin Hood if you ever do that would be amazing! Already got some liveries lined up for it :P and if you want the add-on lemme know :)
@MattyH1812 Whenever I make only small improvements to cars with (Improved) in the name I have them only Replace on purpose

@Algonquin Hood I have an issue where the car still shows the Karin badges and doesn't update. I'm using the mods folder, and when I browse the files in IV i can see that it is the Maibastu variant. Very weird, I don't know how to get it to work. Any advice?
@agentshad0w The most recent update made by Rockstar Games on this vehicle is inside the patchday26ng folder. Try copying that one to your mods folder and replacing the Kuruma from there. Though I'd like to remind you that this mod is old and unsupported; it was made before Rockstar Games added additional features to their Kuruma (livery support, more tuning parts etc)
@Algonquin Hood thank you for the quick reply! That did the trick, I understand, but the black roof > livery support. Plus the Maibatsu badging does the trick. I can live with it. Thanks! Got it working now
When i get in the car it says "Karin Kuruma" it changed the badges but not the name, any way to change that?
