how to install:
(1) Copy and paste "h9" folder into below path:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
(2) Run OpenIV, enable Edit mode, goto below path:
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
(3) Edit dlclist.xml, and paste below code into it:
dlcpacks:\h9\
(4) Save and done. Use trainer to input "h9" to spawn the vehicle.
