Handling and Sound fix for Aziz Kuchkarov's Schnell Progen 1.0

The base Schnell Progen has some odd handing, so I tweaked it a little bit to make it feels more responsive with less under steer.
I also fixed the sound as well since it doesn't really sound like the real life car it's based on

The handing (and sound) isn't the best as I created it for my own personal use but if you wish to improve upon this then feel free to.
I might fix Ydrop's Obey DD-Blitz at one point since the car also has weird handling.
