Just made this handling not long ago, one of the best ones I've made!
Features -
Engine Sound w/crackle & pops.
High Grip/Power Handling.
Optional Manual downshifting. (Tapping Space and W at the same time, sounds amazing!)
Lowered traction on Dirty & Muddy terrain.
More Deformation & Collision Damage.
Real Life Top Speed of 217 MPH!
Realistic Gear Ratio's. (No maxing out the gears!)
All of the above work with no additional scripts, just some detailed handling.meta modification.
Installation -
Navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/gt401" and drag in the new files & replace the old handling.meta and vehicle.meta files located in the data folder.
For FiveM, replace the old handling.meta and vehicles.meta files located in your stream folder, start up your server and everything should be perfect!
