After downloading this i got it in game but the spoiler moves and stuff? and when you put lights on the spoiler appears but when you turn lights off the spoiler is gone?

can someone assist me? I cant download the mod after following the not very explained directions the creator gives us. I've went back twice now and checked to make sure all the mods were in the correct place and they seem to be in the correct place.
