Install:
Replace regular files with mine via OpenIv
Police4: x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
press edit and replace all police4 files with mine! then load game!
Removed push bar and spotlights to give a better atmosphere of an unmarked cruiser.

doesnt enhance anything technicly, u can still see really easy that it is a police car, the wheels is the first thing people look at, and that is clearly police rims
