This mod aims to provide a balance of GTA IV and GTA V's car handling (though it's closer to V's). It lowers wheel traction, softens suspension, increases wheel travel, increases ride height and center of mass (only for a couple of cars), increases horsepower (only for a few cars), changes power distribution (mostly 4x4s), increases handbrake strength, removes the 120mph limit, and/or increases collision, and deformation damage for nearly all cars (including DLC and collectors edition cars).
It also:
Removes 'turbulence' for planes
Decreases the Rhino's damage
Increases Submersible's power and speed
Does some very minor changes to motorcycles' wheel traction/suspension.
Install instructions in the readme.

@Ceasar Ah okay lol, I gotcha lol. But yea I was really disappointed that EVERY.SINGLE.VEHICLE slows down to a crawl the instant it hits grass, dirt or whatever, the ONLY material that will slow a vehicle down is deep sand and that's it really, that or thick sticky mud.
I would like to make driving more like gta 4. Can anyone help?

i just want a handling mod that when i kill a driver and/or shoot his tires at high speed it tumbles and gets amazing crashes... is this it? does it make the traffic go faster? hopefully i can get CARS to tumble.

can you get banned from GTA Online by using this mod?
@ZaycoSimen @Meerk4t - It's never a good idea to use any mods online.
i must say.. most of the cars accelerate wayy too fast and hard with this mods it makes it super unrealistic.. i had a semi truck with cargo doing over 120mph on this one..

I like this handling style - but this mod makes some bug - most bicycles are unusable - e.g. bmx. On triathlon - no one can ride bikes...
@figer - I don't think I changed any of the bicycles. I tried them and did a triathlon, and had no issues.
are the DLC cars tweaked? if dont please do it! thanks bro :D
