using openiv, put folder bmwi4gc to directory
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
then navigate to
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
and add the following line dlcpacks:/BMWI4GC/ to dlclist.xml
save and close
spawn name is bmwi4gc, and install instructions are in the package.
