What you will need (Single Player)
- game version: (2372 onwards) LS tuners and later
- proper gameconfig
- heap limit adjuster
- packfile limit adjuster
- place lamcountach/lamcountachus folder in: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml, open and add dlcpacks:/lamcountach/ (or dlcpacks:/lamcountachus/)
What you will need (FiveM)
- start or ensure lamcountach and/or lamcountachus on your server.cfg and put the lamcountach/lamcountachus in your resource folder
- no seriously that's it if you can't make it work it ain't on me
As proof that you've read the readme, I will not be entertaining any questions in DMs unless you message me the following text: lancevancedance

- I could have done the US version as tuning, but opted to make it a separate car so that it can be spawned as traffic in US configuration, since it does have LODs anyway.
- File seems to be larger than usual, I use quite a bit more materials than other modders because I am very picky with interior texturing, I personally play in first person view a lot.
- No I will not do the Khyzyl Saleem one, unless you pay me a thousand bucks lmao
If there are any glaring bugs on the car let me know. I left this project alone for a while because I got busy with life. I may have forgotten to check some things.
Please avoid redistributing to other sites. Only uploaded in gta5-mods. Also, this is a FREE mod. If you paid for this, you were scammed.
Also please for the love of god, don't unlock the yft, outline the damn car with emissives, call it tron version, and sell it as a premium mod. Have some decency, convert your own.

@llamaxus I wouldn't say it's remotely accurate, it just feels right for the car. I have no way of confirming because I do not have a real countach lol. And also, your '58 Bel Air was made by GreenAid probably, who is also the guy who made the handling for this Countach. Might just be a different feel but I'm pretty sure he's consistent with his stuff.

Re: Handling. GreenAid is one of the very best for GTA V handling but keeping it one hunnit this one feels off imho. I don't own Countach and I am no expert but i've joy rided a few Countach's including an 88 and they seemed to corner like on rails. I could be wrong but GreenAid's handling for the 87 Firebird was more tight than this.

@gtavjamal Well, the thing with handlings is it's such a subjective matter, because even with all the necessary scripts to tweak the torque curves and boosts, you will not achieve real world accurate performance. That's why I usually just link people to handling.meta tutorials, that way if people are really bothered by it they can change it themselves. Only the models are locked, they can edit all the other things in the dlc anyway.
@CipherOG For sure I know, I aint trippn. I already changed mines. Im just making a constructive statement that imho the handling for this is way off from what I experienced irl but not to knock GreenAid as he does awesome work otherwise.
Now all you need to make this complete...is find add-on peds for Adrienne Barbeau,and Tara Buckman.

Beautiful model and textures, nearly everything I want with a classical car which doesn't need tuning. Only other thing I would've wished for is fully paintable wheels, really would've liked to put golden rims on red.
@CipherOG please can you put working indicators on the dashboard please I absolutely love this mod.
@Firaga I go for factory options, and as far as I remember these don't have any other color aside from silver, but it's not like it's hard to do since it could be done in literal seconds in zmod, so I may consider it when I update this next.

@keirona Nvm the comment above regarding the turn signals, I was drunk when I replied to that and thought it was the my galant's page lmao. This car didn't have internal indicators for signals on the dash.
@Firaga will double check, I remember I put paint tag on the wheels, but I replaced them so many times. Will include next update if ever.
@CipherOG oh right ok, just another thing, can you tell me what line in the handling file I have to edit to make the brakes sharper ( better) please. as I've tried several other handling files and the front of the car kept coming up instead of down.
@CipherOG, hi again I think you'll find that the countach did have turn signal indicator on the dashboard to the bottom right hand side next to the hazards I've got a picture but no idea how to upload to you.
