Install instructions
First, go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
Make a new folder, name it "chevfleetf8", and drag dlc.rpf into the folder.
Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
Edit dlclist.xml, add "dlcpacks:/chevfleetf8/"
spawn name chevfleetf8
vehfuncs features - engine rotation - Place the chevfleetf8.ini file in to your vehfuncs folder

using julionib's ghost rider script we can transform any vehicle and get ghost rider flames. not quite the same as in f8 but still just as dope!!

Added a video with fire. Attached a haybale with Menyoo (could have been anything, not just a haybale), use the TriggerFX of Petrol Fire, then set the opacity of the bale to 0. Forgot to set the opacity on the reverse shots, but I think the fire effect was crashing my game. Car and driver were set to invincible.
