for the addon, the handling is super slow by default because HF_CVT wasn't enabled on handling.meta! so it's effectively stuck in 1st gear as if it were a regular auto... i think.
anyway
edit <strHandlingFlags> to be 1000 instead of 0, like so:
<strHandlingFlags>1000</strHandlingFlags>
feels a lot better and can actually get up inclines. reasonable 0-100 still.
