hello, great mod, but when using it my mission icons are gone and even after removing the mod they no longer appear, you know how to solve?

I only have 3 mods installed, persistence, World of Variety, and this doomsday, I think the only one that works in some way with cars is the world of variety, which as I understand it makes DLC cars appear in the world, and I I saved the police car that michel used in the mission to save his wife.
