@MAFINS FATAL: directx texture 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Graphics\Speedo\needle_orange.png' creation failed still happens even though I used Windows Explorer

Getting error needle_orange.png creation failed.
I checked and there's already a png file called needle_orange
