For those of you saying that the mod isn't working you should try hitting numlock before trying to save a vehicle. If it says something like "Replace Character Vehicles 0.5 has started" above the map then you are just hitting the numpad 0 without numlock on. You should see a plain white message at the bottom of the screen that says something like "Character Vehicle Saved" or something.
