@georgeacres - Not necessarily, depends on what other cars you have switched and what mods are running. I have numerous cars and mods installed and still get full FPS and I'm on a gaming laptop.
@VentoX - You should use a mods folder (copy x64e.rpf into a folder called "mods" in the main directory) and then do your OpenIV edits there.
Does anyone know why when I try to chose a livery, the value is -1? I've updated vehicles.meta already.

This is great work, but it'd also be cool if there was an SRU version :D (Flashpoint)
