Just out of curiosity, how did you get your hands on Kyle Hudak's model? I've been looking for the model, but thus far have only happened upon this mod, the VS mod, and various other projects that are based on his model.
I've had quite a few issues with this mod (flickering UI and fuel amount not being displayed, for starters), so I went back to using Simple Fuel; it may not be as complex and in-depth as this mod, but the simplicity of Simple Fuel means that you won't anywhere near the number of issues as you can expect from a complicated mod such as i Fuel or Smart Fuel Mod.
I've been anticipating this release since I first found the WIP page a few months ago; it would appear that it has been well worth the wait! This is a great looking model, @Biggdogg & @FoxtrotDelta, I can't wait to load it up in-game and give it a whirl.
@TheRollingLegend No, OpenIV is required to install all vehicle mods. OpenIV is open for business again, so there isn't any reason that you can't install it and operate it.
@LeFix Great news, Lefix! It would be awesome if you were able to rekindle the mod, as the alternative mod I tried (i Fuel) has been extremely buggy with my install. Your mod with simplistic and straight to the point with no frills, meaning that it was guaranteed to work as long as the GTA version was updated for it. So, as I said, good luck bringing Simple Fuel back to life... we all appreciate the time and effort you've put into not only developing the mod, but searching everywhere for the source code!

Simple Fuel isn't working for me on the latest version, either.
