also there was a key to put you hands up and the police would stop shooting and try to arrest you
what happened to the warrant and the lethal force thing? i remember before 4.0 they used to only shoot at you if you shot or aimed a gun at them first. also certain vehicles used to trigger an instant higher wanted level. ( like bank trucks and the giant dump truck were an instant 4 and tanks were an instant 6. and if you were in a fighter jet or attack helicopter you would get anti aircraft vehicles and jets sent after you) was this removed or is there an issue on my end? and if so how can i fix it?

how do i change the keybinds? when i change them in the INI it resets them back to default everytime i open the game.
