This mod is absolutely amazing! I absolutely loved it. The game just isn't the same without it. The only thing that ruins the atmosphere is when you sell a car, and after a while, it turns out it's been confiscated and is being held at the police station, and you can get it back for $250. It's unfair. I tried to solve this problem myself, but it didn't work, so I decided to write about it here. This mod is amazing, made with love, and it's a huge effort!
Please recommend a seat belt mod. I've tried installing many, but it doesn't recognize it and sends me a fine. When I disable the seat belt feature, the fine effect still works and gives me 0$.
