@troisdev I spent five hours working on this issue, and I found that no matter how many files there are in dlcpacks, the game crashes whenever the number of vehicles is greater than a certain number. Gameconfig (1.0.2545) for Limitless Vehicles and Packfile Limit Adjuster and heatpadjuster played a role. But there's always a cap on the vehicles I've added, just more than the original.
