cant you make it automatic ? means almost like weather changes without a hotkey to activate it...like winter brings snow to LS

May i suggest one thing?these great animations are so rarely seen in game.plz plz plz can you add different interesting AI peds to different areas in map , so that they are much more diverse @ there is great variety? it would be lovely to see pedestrians playing banjo/ guitar in street corners more often while i drive passed them...
