GUYS its the new SCRIPT HOOK V's fault because the new update came out for the gta online version means script hook v also needs to update.But they messed it up so menyoo crashes the game so we are waiting for a patch
I FIGURED IT OUT FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE NO ARM OR LEGS THIS IS THE MISTAKE I MADE,IT SAID TO MAKE TWO UPDATE FOLDERS INSIDE OF EACH OTHER BUT DONT,JUST PUT THE UPDATE.RPF IN THE UPDATE FOLDER IN MODS NEXT TO THE FOLDER 64
@TayMcKenzie well i downloaded the mod like 5 times with a different dlclist every time maybe the dlcpack is in the wrong area,its in the update/64 etc folder in the niko mod
