i dont think that the weapons should get removed when u get arrested, makes me wanna die instead ..
what about just loosing a bunch of cash ? 1* = 250 / 2* = 2500 / 3* = 25 000 / 4* = 250 000 / 5* = 2.5 Million (maybe spawn in a cell and u can get your stuff at the entrance of the police department)
and loose the weapons when u die (only loose them if u die while beeing wanted)
so the player has much more Reason to give up if he has to
just some ideas, u r the pros ;)
