I'd have to say that the turning radius of the vehicles seem to be a bit too large. I'd also say the braking abilities of the majority of vehicles is quite lackluster, you apply the brakes fully and nothing exactly happens.
I do however believe you've nailed the top speeds and the accelerations of all the vehicles, which I give you a huge up for doing. It's one hell of a task to do that.
If you could sharpen up the turning radius and make the brakes more responsive, then this mod would be absolutely perfect.
I hate to be that guy, but jesus christ this thing is beautiful. Its very high poly which is the only downside. My question is would you possibly be able to send the original files to me. I would be able to cut down on the poly count significantly, maybe making the model around 150k triangles instead of the 500k it stands right now.
