    I picture being able to build an operation up to the point where you yourself are sending couriers to pickup kilos of cocaine for instance, and then bringing them back to your stash houses where your head distributor manages the breakdown into grams, and then distributes to all your dealers.

    I picture if there was an order for say 20 kg at $25,000 each. in your territory, your high-level distributor running the stash would send a courier to make the delivery, pay the courier maybe $1,000-$5,000 per kilo, Then the Distributor would collect 20% of the total,

    so lets say the courier makes the sale for 20 kg at $25,000 per kg ($500,000) and will get 10% as commission. So $2,500 per kg to the courier ($50,000), then the high-level distributor would take 20% of what is left over which would be $4,500 $90,000),

    This mod looks very promising! It would be really cool to see it grow. I have three suggestions that are critical components!

    A reputation system, that determines the types of orders you get from gangs and dealers, whether in a specific area or the whole city.

    Then differing quantites. Retail, Mid-level and wholesale. Also known as grams, ounces and kilos.

    Retailers, Distributors, Wholesalers. Two ways you could do it

    Way 1: retailers buy oz's and sell grams, the distributors buy kilos and sell oz's, and the wholesalers buy and sell kilos,

    Way 2: retailers buy and sell oz's + supply grams, the distributors buy and sell kilos +supply oz's, the wholesalers buy and sell kilos.

    Basically the wholesalers are the gangs. Each gang would have their own distributors, and then retailers buying from them. It would be really cool if the retail price was determined by the supplier. For example, say that the professionals are selling their kilos for $20,000 each. It would be cool if their distributor then charged $40,000 per kilo at $1,120 an oz, then the dealer buying from him charges either $50,000 per kilo by the oz, and/or $80 per gram. You could buy it from this dealer and take it to a retail market that averages $100 per gram and make some money that way. Then you could add in a feature of a stash house being able to sort your own packages. Take kilos and break them into oz's or grams.

    This would make for a very cool and interesting market! You could potentially kill the other retail dealers to cause a gap in the retail market and fill the void yourself, or maybe kill a distributor in the area to corner the market of retailers.

    Third and final suggestion is ability to employ people to handle distribution. For instance, LS Life does this very well, you give product to a dealer, and he handles all of the sales that are occuring in a neighborhood (like strawberry for instance) and you pay him 20%. I think this is huge! You can use this same employee to sell a gram all the way up to a kilo, just depends what the order is. Another employee would be the courier, the one who goes to deliver the product to the dealer and/or collects the cash. Another one that you could do is the head distributor, who runs the stash houses and the couriers. This is important as it lets the player build a business that doesn't take so much work, and would free the player up to make more business connections or battle rivals.

    @Lxvboy Super unfair. This mod is fantastic I've played it for years. If you don't want to lose all your drugs, then maybe you should stash them so you don't have crack flowing out of your pockets like the great river.

    You can also disable hard mode in the INI. I believe that fixes what is bothering you.

    But I don't understand how you don't understand the feature. If you die with $200,000 on you. They are running your pockets lol

    It's funny I have a huge affinity for this mod. I started playing it right as I broke up with my first girlfriend lol and it simultenously helped distract me from her and learn about my love for business. 5 stars all the way I miss this project.

    Also add a system where each type of dealer has a money limit. Retailers would be around $500-$10,000 Distributors $10,000-$100,000 Wholesalers $200,000-$2,000,000. You could also add in more layers to represent the financial differences. Such as, low level wholesalers $100,000-$500,000. Mid-level Wholesalers $500,000-$2,500,000, High level Wholesalers $2,500,000-$10,000,000

    Also make it where wholesalers always purchase 20% lower than they buy. So if market price is $25,000 per kilo, a wholesaler will pay $20,000. This is because they intend to sell the whole kilo, to a distributor for $25,000.

    It would be cool to add the ability to breakdown the bags into grams, and then also add bigger bricks that you can break open and get 36 ozs. So then you would have kilos, that you break into oz's, and then the oz's would be broken into grams. The margins would look like as follows for cocain. $25,000 for a kilo. $1,400 per oz ($50,000 per kilo) , $100 per gram ($100,000 per kilo). Then add these three types of dealers. The Wholesaler, The Distributor, and the Retailer. The wholesaler purchases and sells only kilos. The Distributor buys kilos and sells oz's for a solid price, and the Retailer Buys oz's and supplies grams. Because their intent is to sell grams, the retailer (pretty much the current street dealers) would only let go of oz's at premium rates. So 50% of what the retail price is in that area. Distributors would supply the market no less than double the wholesale price. So if kilo is $19,000. The oz price can be $38,000 per kilo or ~ $1,064 per oz. Since the distributor's price depends on the wholesale rate, and the retailers price depends on the retail rate. This will balance out the market, and make it hard in the beginning as you will be purchasing the rival street dealers extra surplus inventory at premium. Forced to sell grams to customers. Another important thing would be a reputation system. Make it so that every dealer is hidden from the start, except for one. And as you do business with dealers and customers, your network grows. This way you work your way from purchasing from retailers being a street dealer. To purchasing from the distributor and being a retailer, supplying your own street dealers. To making a connection to a big wholesaler like the vagos and buying kilos to sell to the distributors. Then even making an import connection that you can call and either receive massive 600 kilo shipments or send your own men to retrieve it. Once back home, using couriers to distribute the product to the wholesalers you've met. Buy 1,000 kilos for $1,000,000 and then sell it wholesale for $19,000 per kilo

    It would be very interesting if you overhauled the sell system! Say when you start the prompt to sell, you have to assign a certain amount of people to the delivery, which can be yourself. Then add the ability to hire employees for your lab to be couriers for the product. You could do this for supply too, and allow us control over our purchasing. Imagine if we could import from El Rubio, Assign a team to fly out to cayo perico, pick up 250 kg of cocaine and then bring it back to the lab. There you could apply your cut percentage, (ideally have a system to get bonuses for selling higher quality product) then use couriers to distribute the product. Then a lieutenant contact to act as your right hand man and give orders to couriers.

    It would be very cool to have to work your way up, doing your first flight to cayo perico or maybe just receiving it from El Rubio's plane to cut down on your work, then assigning your own pilot later down the line to get a discount by fully owning the import process. This really would be great for your drug trafficking mod. It would be awesome to then begin negotiating with the other gangs and making them your wholesale customers
