    It would be nice to be able to set the fee for acquiring a New Contract in the StealingCars.ini file, which is set fixed to $5,000 by default. Great mod!

    Try:

    -RangeMultiplier set to 0.5
    -LightIntensityMultiplier set to 15
    -ShadowMultiplier set to 10

    It makes them look a little better.
