Now it works perfectly, I have a TON of peds and traffic. Like, really, at least 100 people on each "main street", and like 150 at even the beach by the water, haha.

Hey, I've added some Diner locations at each of the main characters homes. Thought it would be a nice addition for them to go to their respective refrigerators to get some at home meals and just count the cost as "the cost of the ingredients used".
If possible, I think it would be cool to try and implement this "at home meal"; in which Franklin has a normal cost, Trevor has a little more (to feed him AND Ron), but Michael (who has a family and has to feed them all) has to spend a little more $ when he does a "at home meal."
First person field of view: Zero (like you said)

What happened to me was, during the zoom effect I pressed f11 to reset the camera then pressed Ctrl+B to save (from non-aiming position) then when I ADS'd it would do the zoom effect WITHOUT TAKING DAMAGE, so I did the above steps AGAIN and now it doesn't do the zoom in at all, even while taking damage etc. I can hip fire, "aim" and Iron sight. :D
Good stuff, I'll let you know if I figure out how to improve "aim / iron sight" fov.
PeppeProduction Looks like it stopped working for 1.40. Take your time on updating it mate, and thanks for the mod as always. Looking forward to when it's back online and I can shred through the city on all cylinders.

Your method works perfectly, I somehow managed to avoid the "zoom effect" when taking damage. My presets are:
<firstPersonPedCam>
<Preset name="fov" type="float">75</Preset>
<Preset name="aimingFov" type="float">72</Preset>
